1. Multi-Journey Discount
Customers who confirm and pay for two or more journeys in a single transaction may qualify for a 5% discount on the total booking value. This reduction is automatically calculated at checkout when eligible journeys are added to the basket and paid together.
The discount applies only when all journeys are confirmed at the same time. Separate bookings made individually will not be combined retrospectively.
2. Online Booking Offer
2.1 Overview
Easy Transfer encourages customers to book directly through our official website. Eligible online reservations may receive a fixed discount per journey as part of our website-exclusive promotion.
2.2 Eligibility Criteria
- The reservation must be completed entirely through our website.
- Bookings arranged by telephone, email, or with staff assistance do not qualify.
- If a booking is created offline and later paid online, it will not be considered an online-only booking.
2.3 Discount Value
Qualifying online bookings receive a £3 reduction per journey. The final price, including any promotional savings, will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
2.4 Promotion Period
Promotional offers are available for a limited duration and may be updated, extended, or withdrawn at our discretion. Pricing shown at checkout reflects the correct and current offer at the time of booking.
2.5 General Conditions
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- All offers are subject to availability.
- Easy Transfer reserves the right to amend promotional terms without prior notice.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed with accurate passenger and journey details. Customers are responsible for providing correct pickup times, addresses, and contact information. Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices quoted include applicable charges at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for waiting time, route changes, or special requests.
